  12. CB Payment Refund Policy
    1. CB takes the utmost care to process payments as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment or, if the payer would like to cancel his payment, CB will respond to the payer within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for a refund from the payer. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The payer will have to send CB a written request for a refund within 24 hours of making the payment to CB’s email info@cryptobasics.in along with-
      1. Proof of the deduction of the payment amount.
      2. In cases where the payer has already taken the classes or attended the seminar, the refund shall not be applicable.
      3. International payments will need minimum 14 days for the refund process.
